Service, car and price was good. The only issue is that they dont have people at the office all the times, i had to call and let them know that i was there and i have to wait around 15min. The rest is fine.
This was a terrible experience. We made an online reservation for 9.30am, we went where the office should have been but there were no one. So we called the number which was written on the door and they told us to go to another place. We went there and the Alamo’s employee made us wait for at least thirty minutes. When he showed up we thought that we finally made it (at 10.30am, an hour later) but when we had to pay he wouldn’t accept any cash (on the website and on the confirmation email it was written that we could!!!!).
