We are four friends driving Route 66. We rented a car in Chicago, but got a flat tire in Albuquerque; the tire couldn't be replaced until the next day, but we needed to continue our journey. We went to Alamo and were assisted by Adam, who quickly and professionally arranged a car swap for us. Adam, we will be eternally grateful!! the service provided by Alamo in handling this issue was excepcional
NO! bait and switch but it will cost more. About a $100 more then they other guys. You get what you want if you have a reservation.
