Very friendly and helpful staff, no waiting and had a choice of vehicle. Thoroughly pleasant experience.
Rented a car one way and drove 2000 miles and had faulty air conditioning. Also, the traffic safety sensors were malfunctioning with a continuous error message on the display. Alamo said to just bring the car back and get a new one.
