The car was clean and comfortable fit my family of 4. The service at Alamo was great. They were friendly, helpful and got us our car quickly.
All staff encountered were very professional, accommodating and courteous. The car was very clean and comfortable and performed as expected. We even got a free upgrade at check-in. The vehicle drop off was very easy(once we figured out the airport directions). We will definitely use Alamo again for our next rental.

The gentleman at the airport desk in Rapid City, South Dakota was so friendly and helpful. Made the process of renting 2 vehicles seem less. Vehicles were clean and ran great.
