Vehicle that we rented required maintenance halfway through our trip which required us to transfer all of our luggage out of the vehicle we had into a new vehicle which was not near as nice as the one we rented. This could have been prevented if the renting agency had checked the maintenance record and looked at where we were going which I told him and done the required maintenance before we left with the vehicle. I will update this Google review if and when Alamo gives me a refund on part of the rental for the inconvenience... read more
