Rented an SUV from Alamo Rent A Car in Killeen TX and overall, the experience was good. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and comfortable. Due to some changes in plans, I had to extend the rental for two extra weeks, and thankfully, the online system made that process very easy and smooth. One downside was when I returned the vehicle, there was no one at the desk, so I had to drop the keys in a return box. It would’ve been better to hand it over to someone directly. Quick and easy, picked the RAV4 Toyota and it was excellent and clean.Rhonda the clerk at MKE (Mitchell International Airport) counter was especially knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Rhonda gave me her card for any questions or concerns, she is an Assistant Branch Rental Manager, wonderful! 👍
