I recently had an incrediby frustrating experience with Alamo at Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU). I reserved a one-way rental to drop off in Charlotte and planned to use my debit card as I’ve done many times before. According to their stated policy, debit cards are accepted as long as you have a return flight itinerary, which I had. However, the on-site manager denied my rental, claiming debit cards can't be used for one-way trips, which is not written anywhere in their policy.
