Great experience and service.
Would give 0 if i could. Made a reservation then drove over an hour to get here. Was told they could not rent to me because they do not do same day reservations.
Rented and pay for a rental car through Priceline . When I got to Alamo at 9am Morgan let me know they wouldn’t have any cars available until 1:30pm. I let her know I would no longer need the car due to time constraints. She told me to call Priceline to get my money back. I called Priceline and they informed me they had to call Alamo to verify I didn’t get a car and no one is answering the phone at Alamo. Now Priceline is asking me to prove proof I didn’t pick up the car. 🥴
