I’m a “preferred” business travel customer, renting cars 50-60 times a year. Yet I arrived at the Alamo at GSO at 9:45pm and they would honor the valid reservation that I made around 5 am this morning. They had cars but weren’t honoring any same day reservations. No notice, they just left me stranded. Third time an Alamo airport location has done this to me in the past year, and the last time. Alamo is the worst car rental company!

Very disappointed in the level of customer experience from the woman at the desk. Unpleasant to speak with from the moment I approached the desk and then after she explained I can’t pay with a debit card she remarked that there is a lot of details they don’t tell us online. This tells me they are willfully deceiving online bookers but neglecting to provide the full terms when reserving. Highly recommend shoppers go elsewhere.
