We rented a van for a vacation. When we picked it up there was only one person at the counter. I believe her name was Becky. She was waiting on people for multiple car rental agencies at her counter, including Alamo. Although she was very busy, she was efficient and provided excellent customer service. The van we rented was great. No issues at all with our time driving it. The return process was also very easy

They have shity service don’t waste yr money I reserve mini van they don have anti freeze in they luckily I check it before I pick it up cause have to drive 7 hour I ask they guy can u filled up or or switch he denied he he told 2 mint drive from here they can fill up free actually it it’s far away they took 2 hour
