This was my first time renting from Alamo and I was very pleased . The lady at the counter was very nice , the rental process was very easy . I rented the vehicle at Toledo Express Airport and had no problems at all .
We rented a van for a vacation. When we picked it up there was only one person at the counter. I believe her name was Becky. She was waiting on people for multiple car rental agencies at her counter, including Alamo. Although she was very busy, she was efficient and provided excellent customer service. The van we rented was great. No issues at all with our time driving it. The return process was also very easy
