Great customer service, great prices, great value
The staff at Wilmington Airport was professional and friendly both at pick up and drop off. We felt they really cared for us and took the time to make our experience great. Drop off and pick up were so easy.
100% recommend renting from Alamo out of ILM. Everyone I interacted with (agents at the rental desk, individuals in the lot who I picked up and dropped off the vehicle with) were attentive and communicated effectively. I will only rent from Alamo when I need a car in Wilmington.
