Check in and out was easy, vehicle was pristine. Staff was very friendly. Good value.
Mike the associate rep has assisted me on the last 3 rentals. He has been nothing but professional and friendly. Has helped me with everything I asked for and needed with a smile and goes the extra mile to make sure that I'm taking care of. I really do appreciate that type of service. I have to say I was super impressed with this car rental company! I was looking for a good 4 hours comparing rates and looking at reviews before settling on renting with Alamo. None of my family had ever rented with them and to be quite honest the price felt too good to be true compared to the other places. We were nervous at first but from the first impression made by your associates, to the reminder texts and emails and finally the easy drop off i couldn’t be happier!
