I reserved and prepaid for a sedan because I was driving more than 1,200 miles and needed good fuel mileage. When I arrived to pick up the car, Alamo refused to honor my reservation and told me that my only option was a large Jeep SUV with significantly worse gas mileage. At that point, I had no choice but to accept. Checking in was easy and Christian was polite and energetic. The car was very clean and had a full tank of gas. When returning, the employees came right up and were also very polite. They noted the oil change notification on the windshield, so it could get done. The gentleman also listened to my concern that the car had shut off once while I was parked and said there was no key in the car. He indicated it may be a bad battery in the key fob (which is a shame since it only had about 7,000 miles on the car). The only negative ... read more

Very easy pre selected the vehicle I wanted. I walked to the counter and checked in, received my key fob. I began my vacation!
