We had such a great experience with Alamo. They truly went above and beyond.The customer service at the airport was exceptional. Easy process to return as well. We will absolutely use them again
The car we rented was great—brand new and amazing. The only thing to note is that the odometer showed around 150 more miles than what was listed in the contract. This was not an issue at all.

Great customer service from top to bottom. Maybe a few less reminder texts, but nobody's perfect. Lol
Had a great experience with Alamo. The pickup process was significantly easier than my past rental experiences—since I booked everything online in advance, they handed me the keys and I was out the door in minutes. Drop-off was equally quick and effortless. Alamo happened to be the cheapest option for an SUV this time around, and while rental car services generally feel pretty similar, the price and ease of pickup made this a solid choice.
