I rented a vehicle from Alamo in January, and the car I was given did not have working heat on the driver’s side. It only blew cold air, which made driving in the mornings and evenings—when temperatures were 32 degrees or lower—extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I contacted customer service and was only offered the option to return to the airport to exchange the vehicle. This was not workable for my schedule, and I also didn’t feel I should have to pay for the gas to drive an unsafe vehicle all the way back to the airport. ... read more

Alamo has been definitely by far the best Rental Car Experience yet. The agents are friendly, kind and Just pleasant to work with. Not pushing you to upsell, etc. And reasonable rates. I will definitely keep using Alamo hands-down best car rental experience yet!
