Alamo staff and vehicles are always top notch
Good clean vehicle, but the check out process took over 1:20 minutes due to delays and lack of vehicles to fill reservations. Drop off was quick and easy.
Picked up car at Columbia SC airport and had OUTSTANDING service by Sikeem! He was super friendly and efficient. Initial car had issue with front seat and he immediately handled the situation, with a complimentary upgrade! This level of service is delightful and we will recommend Alamo to family and friends.
Great Service, car was practically brand new and process was very easy will be back.
