I had a great experience renting here. The customer service from pickup to drop off was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great selection of cars too!
our alamo rental car was very nice, but it slightly broke. we had an issue where the car would think the key was in when it wasn’t, which drained its fuel. it fixed itself a day later though so it was fine. the backseat cup holder was also slightly broken, and it didn’t fully retract. i might have been able to fix it if i was stronger. the lady in the airport who helped us return our rental car was very kind.
Worst rental car experience ever. Customer care was supposed to help after such terrible service and I never heard anything from them. I will never use this rental company or anyone connected to them again. UPDATE: I've followed the advice from this review and called customer service again, and again I was told someone from Alamo Columbia would reach out to me. It's been weeks, I've still heard nothing and not received any refund, partial or otherwise. This is unacceptable customer care.
