Check-in was quick and flawless. I was due to turn in the vehicle on Friday at 11:00 a.m. I decided to turn it in early at 1:30 a.m. because the roads were slick from the snow and I just wanted to return it safely as soon as possible. Technically, they stopped receiving rentals at 1:00 a.m. but they made an exception for me! I am super grateful! I used the prepaid skip the line. Very convenient and fast . Return was easy and fast . No issues. No hidden fees or additonal charges. Would highly recommend. Also i joined the Alamo insiders club which saved me more money.

I rent often from Alamo for the service and conveniences. Have never been dissatisfied. Quick and easy, with reasonable prices. (Sometimes pretty good discounts) GO ALAMO

Due to work I rent cars on a regular basis and have found Alamo to be the best. I have tried other companies because of special rates but those rates usually come with headaches. Alamo has great rates but best of all is stress free. Very quick rental process, no long lines and staff is always professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Extremely unsatisfied. I declined all insurance yet was charged $180 (which was MORE than I paid to rent the car for the week) for insurance upon return. I have talked to two people who said they would send the request on to someone else and I am still waiting to here from anyone. I have been renting cars for 20+ years and have never been charged insurance on the down low EVER until Alamo. Terrible way to do business.

long line :( and service guy at desk forgot to enable Sirius and the GPS did not work... But the car was great and clean.
