The car rental process online was fairly simple and straightforward, as was checking in at the counter upon arrival in Kansas City Airport. Hwoever, the car we selected (there was not many to choose from) was very dirty on the inside. The center console was digustingly dirty, there a few items left inside from a previous renter. We would have switched cars but given we had loaded our luggage in the trunk and it was pouring rain, and that we hadn't noticed the extent of the dirt, we did not get out in the rain to switch cars.... read more

Car was a good car but pricing is misleading due to the fact they don't offer customer parking. You will have to leave your personal car at the airport and pay their parking rates if you're just wanting to swap out cars. This also changes what would be a good rental rate to average not to mention the parking lot bus and then shuttle to the rental car place you have to navigate on departing and return trip. Too much hassle!

dont get there late in the evening. 3 companies share the staff at the kiosk so you stand in line waiting for someone who never comes if he/she is sitting on one of the other company's desk. there were two electronic registering machines but one of them was out of service very bad experience. nice car though at a reasonable price.
