I returned my car to SeaTac rental. They processed a claim the day I returned it saying there were two new dents in the driver and passenger doors. Luckily, I had taken time stamped photos that the dents were there. I’m still waiting to hear that the claim was dropped. Someone didn’t check the car when it was returned before me. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Thank goodness I took those photos. What a scam!! I won’t ever use Alamo again.

The staff were very kind. We were a little disappointed the car we got made a rattling noise. It just sounded like a piece of junk. Hopefully they will fix it and the next person won't have to deal with that.
