Great customer service, awesome rental, very easy to book and use
Great experience renting from this Alamo! Check in was very easy and streamlined, and we were out at the car in a matter of minutes. Partway through the rental period, I had to call Alamo to extend as we weren't sure we'd make it back in time. The customer service rep was accommodating and granted my request right away. Signage to return the car was a little unclear as there is a lot of construction going on at the airport right now, but we came across an employee to ask and he led us the correct way.
