I rent often from Alamo for the service and conveniences. Have never been dissatisfied. Quick and easy, with reasonable prices. (Sometimes pretty good discounts) GO ALAMO
VERY UNPLESANT EXPERIENCE, ARRIVED LATE SEPT.30, THE ATTENDANT ASKED WHAT KIND OF CAR I SAID TIRED AND WANTING TO GET TO MY DESTINATION SUV, HE THAN BROUGHT THE CAR TO US SINCE THERE NONE AVAILABLE. This was our first time using Alamo at Southwest Regional Airport in Ft Myers, FL. We are Alamo Insiders and used the online check-in and skipped the counter and went right out to garage and selected our car. We had a standard car, and the car was fine, with some minimal damage/scuffs on the outside. I have used Alamo numerous times at the Southwest Reguonal Airport and have always had a great experience, have never waited more than 5 minutes to check in and I like the fact that you can choose any car in their inventory in your specific rental category. Convenient location, directly across the street from the airport and they open super early if you have to return the car for an early flight. I was just lucky! I found this last minute deal for a covertible and booked it. I did not upgrade at the counter and stayed with the convertible. When I got into the last converible on the lot, the mustang, the glove box was broken and would not close. I was upgraded to a new Ford Mustang that was dream drive and had under 5000 miles. Loved the car.

Nice place to rent a car as all the employees were friendly and courteous. My only problem was that they had no economy or compacts(which I had asked for) so they gave me a Cruze.
