Terrible experience with Alamo Orlando Disney Car Care. Staff at the desk were dismissive and rude, managers ignored repeated requests to help, and the car was handed over late and in poor condition. The whole point of booking early was lost, along with pre-paid activities. Even Wisecars (the broker we booked through) have been in touch with this branch multiple times, but Alamo have still not responded or offered any resolution. Hired via Expedia but service was great and no issues
I was having problems with the car I picked up at MCO airport. Jeff went above and beyond to help me get into another vehicle. I highly recommend this location based on their customer service.
