Terrible customer service, broken vehicles, and dismissive management Avoid renting from this location if you can. After visiting the location once to try to get an alternative vehicle for our faulty car, we were told to drive to MCO to return it as they had no suitable sized alternatives. They had a limited selection as I was just renting for Monday but the Jeep I rented was nice and got me where I needed to go and back just fine.
