Very convenient and drop off location at Disney that’s a plus and free rides
Sharing a review we emailed to a manager: we returned a vehicle about 90 seconds after the location's close on Monday, June 22. In the past, we've been offered a complementary shuttle ride to somewhere else on Disney property and so I was hoping for that again this time. Because we cut it so close to closing, I expected that we just missed the window and would have to leave the keys. Alamo customer service instructed us to visit this location after confirming there was inventory available to swap out a vehicle that had been provided to us with bald tires. We were placed on hold while they verified and assured us we would be accommodated with at least an upgrade if the same class was not available.
