Derek is a true gem for this company. I arrived 7/18/25. As I was in the line to get my car, I was notified of a family member death. Derek was patient and compassionate as I tried to maintain my emotions. I was unable to think clearly, he took his time to make sure I picked the car best suited for me. We rented a Chrysler Pacifica from Fort Myers Airport and the experience was excellent from the time we picked up and returned the employees are very friendly. Helpful and efficient. Wonderful experience renting our car from Alamo at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Picking up and dropping off the car was fast and efficient. Employees were friendly and helpful. Car was almost brand new with only 3k miles on it. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Alamo at this location!
Alamo has great prices and great selections on cars. I landed in Cleveland at 1145pm, got to the rental about 1215 am, they still had some good choices on cars. I choose the Mazda CX 5.
