I had a great experience with Alamo Rental — again! This was my second time renting from them, and I’ll definitely do it again. Jack and Christian were excellent. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and Christian made sure to note a few marks on the truck door right on the contract, which I appreciated. Everything about the transition was seamless. Great service from start to finish!
We originally started with one car. It had an awful smell. We drove it for the first day but then brought it to Alamo's attention. They were quick to respond and offer another car, which we picked up on the second day with no problem. Quick, easy, friendly, accommodating. Thank you!
Too many hidden charges at turn in of vehicle
Easy peezy car rental. They put me in a new Sonata. Easy return.
Check in was a breeze as was the return of the car Friendly and helpful personnel.
