Terrible experience. I booked with this establishment 3 weeks prior. The day I’m supposed to pick up my vehicle, they tell us there are no vehicles available. Then they call us saying “we have a car” I go down there to pick it up and the manager, Trevor, tells me he was wrong and that car has to go up the road. According to them, corporate books appointments and doesn’t notify them until the last minute. This company is incompetent, there’s no other way to put it.
Staff is pleasant and patient with customers. They went the extra step to get vehicle I reserved even though one was not currently in their inventory. I always look forward to picking up rental from here. They get you in and out as quick as possible.
Every one was very friendly and made the transaction smooth and quick.

I have called several times still no receipt and I was over charged for the rental. I am very disappointed.
