Our experience, with Bill, was professional, quick and informative. He kept the line moving while giving us information needed to find our vehicle, were to refuel upon our return and location drop off point.
We rented an SUV from Alamo in Destin, FL. The car was clean and operated very well. Atashia checked us in. She was friendly, responsive, and professional. When we returned the vehicle one week later, I inadvertently left my personal car keys in the rental. The representative chased us down on our way to the terminal and delivered my keys to me at 5 AM in the morning! This was the first time my wife and rented with Alamo. We will rent with them for sure in the future!
Great Alamo experience at the Ft Walton Beach airport! Both the rental agent and the return experience employee were patient, kind and friendly. We loved the hybrid Hyundai Elantra we rented. What a great little car with exceptional gas mileage. Thank you, Alamo!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nathalie at the Alamo counter at VPS Airport. She truly went above and beyond for us and completely turned around what could have been a disastrous start to our trip. My husband had accidentally booked our rental car at the wrong location, and after going from counter to counter, every other rental company turned us away and told us there was nothing they could do.
