Alamo provides a great rental experience. Efficient and friendly
Highly recommend booking for when your flight lands, maybe even sooner. Made the mistake of making the reservation for an hour after the flight landed and ended up waiting a LONG time. Limited cars for a small area.
First time renting a car with Alamo and I was so pleased with the pick up and drop off process. Everything from the check in and drop off was quick and painless. The car also exceeded my expectations and I had no issues or complications!
A shout out to Nilah at Bangor International airport. I had rented a midsize SUV beginning September 3rd and received outstanding attention when I arrived at the Alamo desk. Nilah went way beyond the expected service. I was so very impressed when she walked me out to the vehicle since I was a little confused as to how to locate it. Returning the SUV on the 10th was a piece of cake, easier than with other companies I’ve used in the past. I am now an Alamo convert!
