I love renting from Alamo! It's very affordable and a simple process! I love that you have choices!
Easy check-out and easy return. Everyone I talked with during the process were very nice and friendly. The entire rental process from start to end was great. I will be using Alamo for future rentals. Keep up the good work
My review will be in parts: Check in customer service desk: 5*****. Lady was very professional. Gate agent at check out: 0* 1000 times. The young lady was so damn rude. She was on the phone that was on speaker mode talking to someone. Rude when I asked if she needed my contract, her response was: did I ask for it? Then kept on yelling 10:45 even when i thanked her, I assume that was her clock out time. Do better at hiring, Alamo. This was from the Atlanta airport location.
