Had to wait 1.5 hours after our pickup time to even get to the check in desk and another hour to actually get the car keys saying that they had no cars despite us booking months ahead of time and finishing the online check in early. The manager, Neo, was very rude, even threatening to cancel our rental, void our contract and give the car to someone else if we were unhappy with the service. You have very friendly staff! Check in and out was efficient and everyone was helpful and patient in a job that can be busy and chaotic. A pleasant and easy experience. Thank you to everyone who helped get me in and out smoothly.

We have used a different car rental company for years. I was tired of their poor service. We decided to try Alamo. Best decision for our family. We rented again with Alamo in Seattle Airport.
