I was initially discouraged and frustrated due to a negative experience I had at a previous Alamo location. When I arrived at the CMH Alamo, I was still upset about the situation. He took the time to listen to my concerns, remained professional and polite throughout our interaction, and went above and beyond to make things right. This was my first time renting with Alamo and they are now at the top of my list for future rentals. Laura checked us out on our arrival, Toney checked us in on our return. They are both fantastic employees with good spirit and positive attitudes that make you want to return to do business with them again. Very easy rental process and friendly staff at the Columbus, OH Airport Alamo.
Great staff at CMH. Efficient and genuinely friendly, from my check in, pick up and all the way to drop off. Car was immaculate, care and follow up concern was impressive and I highly recommend Alamo at CMH. I travel a lot and this rental experience is one of the top 10 I’ve encountered.
