The Alamo staff were very helpful, patient and kind. Although more expensive than other car rental companies, they had the very comfortable and accommodating Chrysler Pacifica. Very important for 4 senior adults. Thank you!
easy to get to the car, easy to return. Great price
The employee at the CMH location was excellent. When I arrived they did not have the premium SUV that I reserved months ago. He was willing to ask another customer if they required an extended SUV, which they did not and were willing to switch. Otherwise I would have canceled the reservation and would have been forced to drive two cars to our vacation destination 9 hours away.
