Worst Car Rental Possible. I work in customer service and I am a very patience and understanding person, but being bounced between the ignorant women and being told to call the 800 number. This site does not take responsibility. Does not have the vehicle there has promised. To have this issue somewhat resolved took months.
Do not rent a car from this untrustworthy Alamo office. I got a great rate, they had it when I showed up, but a week later and a few hours after returning the vehicle, they called to inform me I was being charged my entire $250 deductible for cleaning (a 67% up-charge!) The car had a tiny amount of sand in rear footwells from taking my kids to the beach -nothing a 2 second vacuum wouldn't fix, that they were supposed to be doing anyway.
