It was located in the airport by baggage claim, very convenient. The gentleman was very nice. Please keep in mind they only accept debit cards for payment if you have the full amount in the account and you have a return flight confirmation number. Easy return with a drop box.
The representative who helped me at the airport was great—he answered all my questions and made the process easy. They even allowed me to keep my rental for an extra day, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was clean and practically brand new, and booking online was smooth with no issues. I would definitely rent from them again.
Quick, easy, and trouble free at the SUX airport.
