Car was GREAT and the customer service was even better. Sioux City Alamo was one of the many bright spots of our trip. We will definitely use their services. The next time we are in need of a car.
I scheduled a rental early in the week by phone and was assured that they couldnt make the reservation unless the car was there and then today, 2 hours before my pick up time, I get a call that they have no cars.
Don’t rent a car here. We made a reservation online and never got out car because they’re sold out. It makes no sense. They have many cars here and one only needs an oil change. Why won’t they just change the oil and give us the car? We have no other options. We are lost in South Sioux City because of this company.
This place is a joke! Don't bother reserving a car online, because they won't have it available. What's the point of online reservation? Is it a complicated job to update an inventory what's available what's not? Won't use it again for sure.
