Vehicle reserved was not available. Had to settle for what was available. No additional discount, only an insincere apology with the advice that I check with other rental car agencies for an different vehicle. Pretty much a take it or leave attitude from the Alamo/Enterprise employee. Alamo was once a respectable company. No more since being acquired by Enterprise and their lack luster approach to customer service. Very Sad.
The gentleman that served us was quick , efficient and very professional and friendly.
Great car, exactly what we thought we were getting for the price we were paying. Agents for pick up and drop off were very nice.
