I can’t say enough about how well Alamo took care of a flat tire situation I had while renting a vehicle. The representative who answered at customer support was friendly and took care of my situation right away by providing a few options, but ultimately setting me up with a new car at a nearby location, dispatching towing to get the car with the flat tire, and sending me a link for Uber to bring me to the new pick up location when I was ready.
