The price was right but it seems not everybody fills the tank, just barely enough to make the gauge show full! When topping it off I put in more gas than what I used, but it seems it doesn’t matter what agency you rent from ! The car was a 4 banger but it got us there and it was clean (except for the water spots on the side mirrors!)
My car rental was made easy. The associate understood my needs in which type of vehicle would be best for me and I was very satisfied.
Would give zero stars if I could. They called me as I was arriving to pick up the car that they didn't have any cars. When I entered the facility they were telling the same thing to another person. Then when I told them I was unhappy they refused to even talk to me. Very disappointed as I have had that reservation for over a month.
When I arrived, Alamo didn't have a vehicle available for my family. The onsite staff had no resolution other than we wait. This messed up our trip pretty badly, because we were left stranded. I called corporate, and they said they would have a manager reach out to make things right—but they did not. I do not recommend.
