I had a reservation for a rental, seeing the choice of vehicles they were offering on the website i'd set my mind on a specific car. When I got to Alamo on that day the manager on duty told me that I won't be getting that car, I then told him I was disappointed because I even called their 800 number hoping that I would get that specific car.
