If I had the option to leave no stars I would. How is that they don’t know what cars are in inventory? Why is that you’re allowed to book reservations TO RESERVE a car…..just to get there for no car. I booked 3 reservations due to the fact that each time there was never a car available……thanks Alamo for not being reliable and ruining my trip!
Fantastic experience at the Greenville NC airport location! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! I highly recommend to anyone fly into that airport! They made my stressful trip so much easier! I choose the managers special and pre-paid! I was not disappointed as I received a very nice SUV that had luxurious features that instantly calmed my nerves! Best rental experience EVER and I travel a lot!
This address is old and not correct. Alamo is no longer there and it’s now just a vape shop. So please fix this in maps because it’s actually located across the street in the airport now and your map is confusing!!!
