The associate was really friendly and it was fast service
made an online reservation and received a confirmation, but when I arrived at the location at 9 am on Friday , I was told that no vehicles were available. If there were no cars available, why was my reservation accepted in the first place? What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff. I would highly recommend Alamo to anyone needing a rental car.
If I had the option to leave no stars I would. How is that they don’t know what cars are in inventory? Why is that you’re allowed to book reservations TO RESERVE a car…..just to get there for no car. I booked 3 reservations due to the fact that each time there was never a car available……thanks Alamo for not being reliable and ruining my trip!
