I recently drove over a nail and got a small leak in the left rear tire with my Alamo Rent A Car. All in all they made it a pretty easy transition to another car. The two gentlemen that checked me in when I returned the car were very congenial and empathetic with the fact that I had driven over a nail and had a slow leak in the tire. After listening to my story they gave me $100 credit for any trouble and hassle that I had. I will definitely rent from Alamo Rent A Car again !
