When I went to pick up the rental I was told I was lucky to get the van that we had rented because there was only one left because the other 2 people didn’t qualify. I had reserved the van so I’m not really sure why I was being told any of this. We were going on a family vacation and had decided to rent a minivan so we would have more room. No cars available at Alamo or Enterprise in Manhattan KS area but they still take reservations online and over the phone.
The gentleman at the service counter was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the car that was right for me.
Nice, efficient, quick check in. Great car. Cheap gas. Good trip.
