One of the most hassle free experience I ever had renting a car
The car they provided didn't meet my expectations. It didn't handle well. I own/drive the same make and model at home, so I was expecting good performance. The agent was extremely helpful when I returned the vehicle at Daytona Beach Airport and made an adjustment. He was understanding and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I always use Alamo and I will again! Great customer service!
1pm reservation for a car set up the previous day. Show up 10 minutes before pick up and they don’t have a vehicle available until 4pm. SCAM company, go to enterprise next door. (Open ended or not, you should call your customer to let them know their reservation is not available as to not waste money on an uber there and back.) Open ended ≠ making a customer wait 4 hours for a “reservation” is ridiculous. What is the point of a RESERVATION?
