The 2 people working behind the counter were rude and barely looked at us. The guy wouldn't give his name to us and told us he didn't care that they had a reservation for us but no car. The lady just laughed at us and smiled her nasty teeth at us. I will NEVER use ALAMO for car rentals after this experience.
Waited an hour to get a vehicle when I had made a reservation 3 months in advance. I had to initiate a conversation about getting something that was available and resolving my own wait problem.
I had a good experience with South Bend Alamo. The rental fee was excellent, and the car had modern features.
Car was great just wasn’t happy with return. Need to provide transportation back to terminal after dropping off car
Customer Service over the phone is the worst. Bad Customer Service Don’t recommend
