Got a nice car for a quick trip up to Wisconsin dells, got a free upgrade which was awesome and unexpected, and it was also very nice that Ben left me a voicemail after the trip just to make sure everything was perfect with the car, which it was! Had under 10k with the rental, was filled up and easy to pick up and return. They opened up a third line because they were busy when I came up and got me checked in super quick! Great job Alamo!

Highway robbery! Yes, I was two hours late but they bill you over $33 and hour times three. Then, without asking and no merit for this, they charged me an entire day for collision. Never again!!
