Budget car rental failed to give me a car that I paid and pre booked, came to the Alamo and they had me on the road in 15 minutes, guy at the counter was very generous and understanding. I will use this company any chance I get in the future.

Ripped me off when asked for a one day extension due to flight cancellation. Will never rent from them again
The people were kind and helpful. I had problems returning the car due to bad signage and poor health and the folks onsite were amazingly kind and helpful. In particular, the lady who checked me out and the gentleman who escorted me to the terminal and waited with me until the wheelchair assistants from southwest could assist. I normally work with other companies, and this was my first experience with Alamo.
