Nice new vehicle with low mileage. Worked very good for our short trip. Definitely plan on using Alamo again. Was comfortable with exceptable fuel economy.
Everyone is professional, polite, and prompt, from pick up to drop off. This is my go to car rental spot.
The people working at the rental counter in Appleton were some of the nicest that we have experienced in any airport. I also appreciate that we were given an email address and until 10am the next day to notify them of any dings or dents in the car. It was mid-night and snowing when we arrived so we did not have a full view of the car. There was (what we felt) a significant door ding on the drivers door but it was quick and easy to email a picture of it and get on with our vacation.
