Easy pick up and drop off. The rental lot is right outside of the termina. Staff is friendly in the moment but unreachable if you leave something in the rental car by accident. I left a radar detector behind and have had no luck getting someone to acknowledge by messages. They do not answer the phone so why even put the local number on your reciept. I am starting to assume that my device is gone to some employees home and no chance they will call me back
Super easy reservations. AMAZING and friendly staff! Very nice vehicle!! Altogether just a great experience!!!
The Green Bay airport Alamo car rental was easy. I was able to rent the size of car that I had reserved. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The car was in great shape.
Beware reserving a car with Alamo. They accepted a reservation from me online for a car they did not have - and I not referring to the type of car - they accept my reservation when they had NO cars whatsoever!
Excellent customer service, extremely easy pick up/drop off & the car was immaculately clean. I reserved a midsize suv at the GRB location. I mentioned to the agent that I was in town to visit my 91 year old grandmother and would be bringing her back when I flew home. He very generously upgraded us with a vehicle that was easy for her to get in and out of while also providing room for our luggage and her wheelchair. 10/10 would recommend the GRB Alamo to everyone I know.
