Nice vehicle but truck was muddy, dirty inside, left over food and gum in the compartments. Customer service did not care at all about it being dirty inside would have been nice to have a clean vehicle to have during our vacation.
Really wonderful staff, I would give them more stars if I could.
Easy pick up and drop off. The rental lot is right outside of the termina. Staff is friendly in the moment but unreachable if you leave something in the rental car by accident. I left a radar detector behind and have had no luck getting someone to acknowledge by messages. They do not answer the phone so why even put the local number on your reciept. I am starting to assume that my device is gone to some employees home and no chance they will call me back
Super easy reservations. AMAZING and friendly staff! Very nice vehicle!! Altogether just a great experience!!!
