Flew into Monterey this weekend plane was late even though they knew I was coming and renting cars. They abandoned their desks. Only person in the terminal who stayed was Hertz and they were out of cars. Had to get a taxi/hotel room for the night. In the morning the rental desk just said “sorry,can’t stay past midnight.
