Flew into Monterey this weekend plane was late even though they knew I was coming and renting cars. They abandoned their desks. Only person in the terminal who stayed was Hertz and they were out of cars. Had to get a taxi/hotel room for the night. In the morning the rental desk just said “sorry,can’t stay past midnight. IT WAS Bad
Customer service was amazing. The gentleman at the desk went way above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one and I was in and out very quickly.
Not even 1 star. Worst customer service ever.
We had a very good experience at the Alamo agency at Monterey Airport. We are very grateful for the service provided by Zach (enterprise). His kindness and advice truly meant a lot to us!
