Even with a shared rental car company customer service counter the check in and drive away time was easy and less than 10 minutes to pay, sign, and receive paperwork and keys. Customer service amazing even when it's busy at the airport it never takes away from the service you receive. Thank you Alamo for a pleasant experience.
Picking up and dropping our car off was easy. We got the car we wanted and it was perfect for our very long drive to college drop off.
