Alamo customer service is horrible. Will never rent from them again because of this. Was double charged for my rental. Reached out via chat to Alamo and agent Frances told me I was refunded. I explained I had not yet received my refund and asked them to look into it. Just kept receiving short, unhelpful replies telling me it was refunded. I explained again, it has been 11 business days and I still have not received a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor.
