I was so pleasantly surprised by our experience here! I filled out the necessary steps beforehand so I could skip the counter day of. We got right onto the shuttle with no wait. We were greeted immediately getting off the shuttle and were given the choice of 4 new cars. The woman who checked us out at the gate was so prompt and friendly. We had no problems with the car for our four day rental and the return process was a breeze. Would highly recommend Alamo!
The customer service was excellent, and the vehicle pick-up and return were quick and efficient.
Arnold provided excellent assistance when I checked out my rental vehicle. He was professional, friendly, and made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and went above and beyond to address any questions. Highly recommend working with Arnold if you want great customer service!
From reservation and pick up to return, Alamo was great, and the extended suburban was a fair price and perfect fit for our family of five with three young adult children.
