Rented from Alamo at West Palm Beach Airport and found the process to be very smooth and the employees were friendly and helpful.
My mother and I had the best experience with Alamo in Palm Beach Florida this past weekend. My mom has some mobility issues and the staff here from the shuttle driver to the staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful from the time we got on the shuttle to the time we dropped off the car. When we were about to get on the shuttle to go pick up the car, the driver pulled up and realized it would be a difficult step for my mom to make, he pulled as close as he could to the curb to make it easier for her.
