I've been renting from Alamo for many years. Overall, I've had a good experience with customer service and the cars I've rented.

This Alamo had really nice staff but the car quality I received was as good at some other locations. The car was a bit worn and not as clean as I have experienced with other Alamo locations. This gives the best prices and quality out of all the other rental car services I will always use Alamo if I can. I also like that they waved the underage fee because I was in the military I respect that they honor military with a discount.

I GET 4 HRS OF SLEEP A NIGHT. BECAUSE UR CAR HORNS ARE ALWAYS HONKING. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY??? THEY ARE HONKING LIKE 5 AND 6 TIMES COMMING OUT OF A CARWASH. REDICULOUS... GET STOP SIGNS AND MIRRORS. OPEN UR EYES.., WE DONT NEED ALL THAT NOISE WHEN WE ARE SLEEPING.

I just had a great trip to St. Louis, but was unhappy with the high pressure sales tactics used when I rented a vehicle from Alamo at the (Lambert) airport. I reserved an intermediate car on the internet - and the person was able to find my reservation without delay.
