It’s only one star because 0 isn’t an option. My car was switched for the “only car” left . A 2 seater Mazda with a slow leak. No one offered a toll fare, it was my first rental in NY and the tolls were insane. They up the charged from $88 a day to $500 the first day and $222 each additional making it go from $238 to $1,116. I’ve never had a worse experience with any transaction in all my 46 years of life. Alamo is the worst. STAY AWAY
