The young lady that helped me with my rental was phenomenal. I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service was A+++. Will rent from Alamo again!
Avoid picking up car rental at the airport. One person to handle all customers and no one to answer questions before you get to that person. I would recommend ride sharing to an offsite location if possible. Problem is not unique to Alamo. Enterprise Emerald are allowed to go to garage directly. There is no "Skip The Counter" at this facility. Also, the car rental facility is packed with same long lines for other car rental companies with same problem, too many customers and too few car rental agents.
Fairly easy to book. Getting ahold of somebody to extend rental, not so easy. But it did get done.
Highly recommended. Good service and hassle free pickup and return.
Amazing staff from the start of getting my rental through returning it. When I went to get my rental, I was informed of a cheaper vehicle option that was the same size which I gladly took. I got a Mitsubishi Outlander and the vehicle was amazing. When I returned it after my 6 day trip, my family and I were treated by Alexa who was fantastic.
