I've rented vehicles in the past but this time with Alamo I had a great experience. Great car for my travels, great customer service, and easy check in and out. I will definitely rent from them next time.
Alamo made it easy and worry free for our trip with our parents. The vehicle was very clean and had plenty of room for our family.
Picked up the car in Boston and dropped of the car in Buffalo. Both were positive interactions. The pickup in Boston was a substantially better experience than I've ever had at the competition.
Miss your pick up by an hour and they give away your reservation. And have no other cars… Lost a customer for life.
