Excellent rental experience with Alamo just recently. They handled my rental quickly and efficiently. When renting, there isn’t always the style or size available and they work with their partners at other rentals to get you in a vehicle the same if not better. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone’s skills and courtesy. I was confused about the gas option and it was handled upon my return without any issues. The pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The Buffalo Airport Alamo staff are operating at a high level.

Great Alamo price points with the Costco partnership. Online communication with Alamo via the Costco App was a very easy, efficient, and informative experience. Very fast and courteous service at the BUFF Airport Alamo counter when I picked up the car. All employees at the Airport were professional and helpful. It was a great Customer experience.
