Car reeked of cigarette smoke. Made our clothes and everything we had in the car reek too. The recliner handle on the passenger side was broken. Had to buy a pair of pliers to get it to work. AC only worked when it was less than 50°F outside, which doesn't mean much. When you just hop off a 1700 mile plane ride, you expect a clean and fully functional car. My family rented a car in February, and immediately noticed a crack in the windshield before driving out of the parking lot. We took pictures, informed the worker who gave us the keys, and he made a note of it on our paperwork and said we were fine to drive it if we didn’t mind. Now Alamo is trying to claim we’re responsible for the damage. Stay away if you don’t want someone else’s damage pinned on you!!

I rented a car from them a long time ago (Summer 2024) but I'm just now getting around to reviewing this but I had a good experience! I booked the small four door car online. It was easy for me to pick up and it got me from A to B.
