Pick up at BNA was great, van was clean and ready…but we were driving from Nashville to Huntsville for a wedding weekend, on the first day we noticed the psi in the back right tire dropping, added air the first night, by morning it was down to 7. I called Alamo to ask if they could replace the van there in Huntsville, I was told it was being pushed up to management as a “priority “ and they would be calling me shortly with options. 4 hours later I received an email saying I could swap vehicles in Nashville at my convenience!... read more
