At both pick up and drop off, we had very kind and efficient representatives to assist us through each phase of renting and returning. It was one of my best rental car experiences in any city.
Loved the streamlined check in, car selection process. Was headed out with my rental car within just a couple of minutes of arriving at the rental facility. Liked the prompts before and during the rental period about expedited check in, rental time, return date/time. No guessing, no surprises. Finally, the return process was also easy---good signage and pleasant engagement with the return agent. I will definitely look to rent from Alamo next time I need a rental car. btw, my rental was a nice Mazda mid-size SUV!!
Super easy, although got a little lost on car return at the Nashville airport. The "Rental Car Return" signs disappeared for a while, and just had to go on faith!
The lady was rude as hell! I would recommend not using Alamo
Jeep 4 door. Had a great time cruising Nashville with it. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Friendly staff, easy in and out process.
