Don't rent here unless you enjoy playing detective and assessing pre-existing damage. Alamo has completely turned over to some super shady business practices. When we picked up our car, the agent explicitly warned us to take pictures of any existing damage. We haven’t heard that in a while with other car rentals. We did, capturing a very subtle dent and a scratch before leaving the lot. I really don't like hidden fees, so I can't give them 5 stars. They ask you to sign for things that you are not permitted to ready. I prepaided before I arrived and then had to pay a bunch of fees when picking up the car. Everyone was nice and the process was easy otherwise. See attached photo.
If I could give them a 0 I would!! They stuck me with $1200 bill for damages that were on the car before I rented!! I will never do business with them again and I strongly advise you to do the same!!
