The lady Deborah at the desk was extremely slow extremely she gave no care or concern with others spending 20 min per customer Absolutely horrible The vehicle fine etc but she made experience tiresome

My experience at this location was very positive. The staff who assisted me at the counter as well as the one who met me in the garage to direct me to my vehicle were both very pleasant. I was greeted with smiles by both of them and the entire pick-up process was easy and quick. I would def go to Alamo again when i am back in Jax.

Upon arrival they didnt have the car i originally rented but had several options in the same class and were willing to upgrade me but we found a vehicle that was perfect for our needs and had zero issues return was a breeze just park and hop out and your gone
