Alamo at JIA was amazing. Fast & friendly customer service. When I got to the garage, the greeter "Elisa" was so nice. She helped us locate our car, loaded up our luggage & even told us about a great place to get our lunch! She is what Customer service is all about. Upon returning Robin was very courteous and asked how our customer service experience was and thanked us for choosing Alamo! I will definitely rent with Alamo in Jacksonville again!
Alamo is a great rental car company. This location had the self-checkout machine out but the staff attended me promptly and I was on my way out. The vehicle was not at the spot they told me and I had to look around for a little bit. Only because of these two small issues I don't give a 5 star. The car was great, clean, comfortable, and well priced. I always rent Alamo.
Alamo seems to have the policy of charging for an entire tank of gas when you return it whether or not you asked for pre-paid fuel. They did that to me twice despite my saying when I picked up the car that I will fill up the tank when I return it. Stay away, stay away, stay away from Alamo. I intend to boycott them forever.
