We visited florida for a family holiday when picking the mini van we rented there was only one avaliable once we got out of miami airport we noticed a chip in the windscreen. I phoned customer services and told we could exchange the car at the local Alimo in Orlando when we are there. We went to 3 different Alimo rent a car locations each one gave us a different story on why we could not exchange the car and basically told we have to deal with the chip on the windscreen. Brittney at the Alamo desk in SRQ airport was so kind and so helpful!! She provided excellent service. I've never had a bad experience at Alamo at this airport and I have Brittney to thank for that. She was awesome. I rented a spacious wagoneer on Sunday to take my family to the springs for the day!
Rented out of Sarasota! Davey was personable, and professional and had us in and out.
