Very smooth process from reservation to checking in and to the car. The only reason I couldn’t give a 5 star was because it didn’t provide the SUV indicated on the reservation. We counted on it, and didn’t get it.

The skip the line feature was great. We were able to right to our car and get on the road fast. We had a very nice Audi Q3.

It was an easy pick up and drop off. I especially like being able to select my own mid-sized SUV in that section. However, I never understand why SUV can also mean 2WD! In the Summer it's OK BUT not OK in the winter for those unsuspecting customers. (Which is why ONLY a 4star rating.) The attendant who checked me back in was extremely accommodating and helpful. I was travelling alone and had to go get a luggage cart, then come back to the car. She stayed with the car to make sure my luggage was safe! That was terrific custom... read more

Really positive experience! We picked up the car in the Salt Lake City airport, quick and friendly service at the counter and down in the garage even though there was a long line of customers. Good selection of cars, got what we wanted. Returned the car at the Las Vegas Henry Reid airport easily with friendly assistance again, we would definitely use Alamo in the future.
