I filled my car literally at the airport gas station before turning it in. Board my plane and when I land, I receive a receipt from Alamo for refueling the vehicle. They charged me for 1/2 gallon at $5.90 a gallon plus a fueling surcharge. There's no way the vehicle used 1/2 gallon of fuel driving from the in airport gas station to the rental return. They would have had to force the fuel in beyond the safety click to add more fuel. What a total scam! I wonder if they charge everyone a refueling fee even if the tank is full a... read more
