Easy enough process. Car was relatively clean, definitely free of smoke smell. I didn't really like that i had to still stand in line, if it was busy i would not have been happy....with Budget I have rapid checkout and I just scan a QR code. I would like to see something as seamless with Alamo
When I picked up the car I wish the customer rep would walk me through the car, go over any bumps and dings that the car may have had because I'm always worried I'm going to get changed for them as the bumpers had scraps, the rear seat had a gash in the leather. All things I don't want to to get in trouble for. The dash was still dusty and the windshield had a suction cup mark from the last person who used it.
