Really was grateful for the HELPFUL assistance received from SUMMER helping us at the counter to the friendly older man at the garage to the thorough lady at the return. ALL EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. I will re-rent with ALAMO.
I've chosen Alamo to rent a vehicle at the airport usually through Priceline and I have to say I'm never let down. Above and beyond service and if you rent during the week you more than likely will receive what you're asking for. If you have an opportunity ask for David. He went above and beyond. Super polite and catered to my choice of vehicle.
