We had the most positive experience at the Rental Car counter at SAT. The agent was pleasant, completing the rental process in a timely manner, getting us on our way. Cudos to Sandra!
Worst service ever. Employees were rude and not helpful and did not explain new policies regarding local rentals. Sarcastic and rude. I own a business and I will never use them!! Will never support this company and will never recommend them to other businesses either.
